                    [0] => Organizations in general have experienced countless transformations in their processes imposed by a society that suffers constant mutations, this abstract entity, understood as a macro system involving several processes, understanding the role played in each of them is important in order to optimize their processes with a view to achieving its goals. Ontologies as an artifact of CI., has contributed in numerous domains of knowledge. The elaboration of an ontology with a realistic nature imposes an analysis of the constitution of objects and facts, in order to better classify it into an ontology that has the characteristic of favoring an efficient environment in the management of information. Given this, this study sought to identify how to represent business processes in a domain ontology, seeking to illustrate in a practical way, the study was directed at some processes present in the domain of the electricity sector. The research was classified as qualitative, described and used document analysis as methods. As a result, it was possible to verify how to identify and justify why this classification is used based on the precepts of a high-level ontology, in a preliminary way it was possible to verify the necessary characteristics to carry out the classification of processes in an ontology, building on the understanding of the necessary treatment to be given when these cases occur.@en
                    [1] => As organizações em geral têm vivenciado inúmeras transformações em seus processos impostas por uma sociedade que sofrem constantes mutações, esta entidade abstrata, entendida como um macro sistema que envolvem vários processos o entendimento do papel desempenhado em cada uma delas é importante com vista a otimizar os seus processos com vista a alcançar os seus objetivos. As ontologias como um artefato da CI., tem contribuindo em inúmeros domínios do conhecimento. A elaboração de uma ontologia com o cunho realista, impõe uma análise da constituição dos objetos e fatos, para o melhor classifica-lo em uma ontologia que possui característica favorecer um ambiente eficiente na gestão das informações. Diante disto, o presente estudo buscou identificar como representar os processos empresariais em uma ontologia do domínio, buscando ilustrar de modo pratico, o estudo foi direcionado em alguns processos presentes no domínio do setor elétrico. A pesquisa se classificou como qualitativa, descrita e empregou como métodos a analise documental. Como resultado, foi possível verificar como identificar e justificar o porquê é empregado esta classificação com base nos preceitos de uma ontologia de alto nível, de maneira preliminar foi possível verificar as características necessárias para se realizar a classificação dos processos em uma ontologia, construindo no entendimento do tratamento necessário a ser dado quando ocorrer esses casos.@pt
