                    [0] => Introduction: This paper addresses Google Classroom platform’s interaction tools, pointing out its main strengths and limitations, and how Information Design together with the fields of knowledge that intersect with the subject can improve the interaction representation through these tools. The objective of this article is to conduct an integrative review that analyzes which concepts of Information Design and its interdisciplinary areas can support the remodeling of Google Classroom’s interaction tools, with a view to a better representation of these conversations, fostering the participant learning process. Method: The methodology used was the integrative review of articles that address the research objective. Results:  The results show that despite Google Classroom´s potential to promote good engagement of its users, it is not configured as a fully satisfactory interaction resource. Conclusions: The platform requires improvements, as indicated by the studies collected, as well as adequacy to the principles of Information Design and precepts of other areas of knowledge such as Human-Computer Interaction and Information Science, with a view to building an interface that provides a better user experience.@en
                    [1] => Introdução: Este artigo apresenta uma investigação sobre as ferramentas de interação da plataforma Google Classroom, pontuando suas principais potencialidades e limitações, e como o Design da Informação, juntamente com os campos de conhecimento que fazem interseção com o tema, podem aprimorar a representação da interação nessas ferramentas. Método: O objetivo do trabalho consiste em conduzir uma revisão integrativa que analise quais conceitos do Design da Informação e de suas áreas interdisciplinares podem apoiar a remodelagem das ferramentas de interação do Google Classroom, tendo em vista uma melhor representação dessas conversações, favorecendo o aprendizado dos participantes. A metodologia utilizada foi a revisão integrativa de artigos, a partir das bases Google Acadêmico, Portal de Periódicos da CAPES e ERIC, tanto em inglês quanto em português, os quais contemplaram o objetivo da pesquisa. Resultados: Os resultados evidenciaram que o Google Classroom, apesar de seu potencial em promover um bom engajamento de seus usuários, não se configura como um espaço de interação plenamente satisfatório. Conclusões: A plataforma requer aprimoramentos, conforme apontam os estudos coletados, bem como a adequação aos princípios do Design da Informação e aos preceitos de outras áreas de conhecimento como: a Interação Humano-Computador e a Ciência da Informação, tendo em vista a construção de uma interface que proporcione uma melhor experiência ao usuário.@pt
