                    [0] => Objective: to present the editorial and administrative restructuring of UNIVALE Editora, starting in 2022. Method: this article is characterized as a case study, with the application of theoretical input from Information and Knowledge Management to the scientific publishing process at UNIVALE. To this end, a diagnosis was carried out, consultation with the guidelines of the Brazilian Association of University Publishers - ABEU, and research on good practices in other scientific publishers. Quality planning and management tools were applied in order to optimize scientific information flows and processes. Result: from the restructuring, it was possible to adapt the publishing house´s operation to what is expected of a university publishing house, recommended by ABEU. Among the main results are the development of documents, Writing Manual, Reviewer´s Guide, publication of notices and affiliation with ABEU. Conclusions: the processes were carried out with the aim of providing an offering of editing services that guarantee technical and content quality. Therefore, the reformulation of a university press requires research, techniques and management tools, as well as the need for a multidisciplinary team.@en
                    [1] => Objetivo: apresentar a reestruturação editorial e administrativa da UNIVALE Editora, a partir de 2022. Método: este artigo é caracterizado como um estudo de caso, com aplicação de aporte teórico da Gestão da Informação e do Conhecimento ao processo de editoração científica da UNIVALE. Para isso, foi realizado um diagnóstico, consulta às diretrizes da Associação Brasileira de Editoras Universitárias - ABEU, e pesquisas sobre boas práticas em outras editoras científicas. Foram aplicadas ferramentas de planejamento e gestão da qualidade, a fim de otimizar os fluxos e processos da informação científica. Resultado: a partir da reestruturação, foi possível adequar o funcionamento da editora ao que se espera de uma editora universitária, preconizado pela ABEU. Dentre os principais resultados têm-se o desenvolvimento dos documentos, Manual da Escrita, Guia do Parecerista, publicação de editais e filiação à ABEU. Conclusões: os processos se deram com a finalidade de proporcionar a oferta de serviços de editoração que garanta a qualidade técnica e de conteúdo. Portanto, a reformulação de uma editora universitária demanda pesquisa, técnicas e ferramentas de gestão, bem como necessita de uma equipe multidisciplinar.@pt
