                    [0] => A quarta fase da Revolução Industrial destaca-se pelo avanço da tecnologia e uso da inteligência artificial. Em relação ao reflexo dessas mudanças sobre os trabalhadores, destaca-se o setor bancário, que ao longo dos últimos anos promoveu volume considerável de demissões à medida que a tecnologia avançou. Assim, este estudo busca analisar a percepção de funcionários de bancos da Região Metropolitana do Recife e do Sindicato dos Bancários de Pernambuco. Para isso, foi realizada coleta em bases de dados, considerando o período de 2008 a 2018 e da realização de entrevistas semiestruturadas conduzidas aos funcionários do setor bancário da Região Metropolitana do Recife e do Sindicato dos Bancários. Foram constatados os reflexos negativos da Revolução 4.0 no setor do bancário, sendo os principais pontos destacados: o aumento do número de desemprego, a extinção de cargos e setores, aumento na pressão sobre os trabalhadores e da carga de trabalho. No que se refere aos aspectos positivos, a inclusão dos clientes nativos da era digital e aos que se adaptaram.@pt
                    [1] => The fourth phase of the Industrial Revolution stands out for the advancement of technology and the use of artificial intelligence. Regarding the impact of these changes on workers, the bankingsector stands out, which over the past few years has promoted a considerable volume of layoffs as technology has advanced. Thus, this study seeks to analyze the perception of employees ofbanks in the Metropolitan Region of Recife and the Union of Bank Workers of Pernambuco. For this, a theoretical outline was carried out based on national and international data, considering the period from 2008 to 2018 and semi-structured interviews conducted with employees of the banking sector in the Metropolitan Region of Recife and the Bank Workers Union, using an approach post-positivist. Negative effects of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the banking sector were found, the main points being highlighted: the increase in the number of unemployment, the extinction of positions and sectors, increased pressure on workers and the workload. About the positive aspects, the inclusion of customers who are native to the digital age and those who have adapted.@en
