                    [0] => A importância da leitura está no cerne da formação, na produção do conhecimento, na transformação de novos olhares para o mundo em que se está inserido. A universidade, é o local de formação e produção desse conhecimento, com as mudanças tecnológicas. O objetivo desta pesquisa é verificar como vêm se configurando as práticas leitoras dos discentes de graduação da Universidade Federal da Bahia ante as tecnologias digitais; identificar a preferência de suporte de leitura para esses discentes e compreender a relação destes com a biblioteca. O trabalho possui natureza qualitativa-quantitativa, aplicou-se um instrumento de coleta de dados, através da ferramenta eletrônica SurveyMonkey com os discentes dos Cursos de Graduação da Universidade Federal da Bahia tomando como base as grandes áreas do conhecimento da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior. O resultado obtido nos mostrou que há uma preferência pela a leitura em suporte papel, embora fica evidenciada a convivência pacífica entre os livros em suporte papel e o livro eletrônico. Assim, pode-se verificar, que há um déficit na biblioteca no cumprimento do seu papel de mediadora, entre a informação e o usuário.@pt
                    [1] => The importance of reading is at the heart of training, in the production of knowledge, in the transformation of new perspectives on the world in which one lives. The university is the place of formation and production of this knowledge, with technological changes. The objective of this research is to verify how the reading practices of undergraduate students at the Federal University of Bahia are being configured in the face of digital technologies; identify the preference for reading support for these students and understand their relationship with the library. The work has a qualitative-quantitative nature, a data collection instrument was applied, through the electronic tool SurveyMonkey, with the students of the Undergraduate Courses of the Federal University of Bahia, based on the great areas of knowledge of the Coordination for the Improvement of Personnel of Higher level. The result obtained showed us that there is apreference for reading in paper format, although the peaceful coexistence between paper books and electronic books is evidenced. Thus, there is a deficit in the library in fulfilling its role as a mediator, between information and the user.@en
