                    [0] => This study reflects on the power relations that are established in the social formation of mass culture and which influence the production and representations of comics considered “marginalized”, more specifically Carlos Zéfiro’s catechisms. It also seeks to discuss how knowledge organization systems represent erotic comics. A bibliographical research with an exploratory design was carried out to produce the theoretical argument. Thus, from a theoretical perspective, results show how erotic comics are treated in the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) and Universal Decimal Classification (UDC), as well as in the subject headings of the Online Computer Library Center (OCLC). Classification systems have no specific notations that distinguish genres, themes, supports, and formats of comics, treating them in the same way, a factor that makes information retrieval difficult.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo apresenta uma reflexão sobre as relações de poder que se instituem na formação social da cultura de massa e influenciam as produções e representações das histórias em quadrinhos consideradas “marginalizadas”, mais especificamente os catecismos de Carlos Zéfiro. Além disso, busca discutir como os quadrinhos eróticos são representados nos sistemas de organização do conhecimento. Para produzir a argumentação teórica foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica com delineamento exploratório. Assim, a partir de uma perspectiva teórica verificou-se, como resultados, como os quadrinhos eróticos são tratados nos sistemas de classificação Classificação Decimal Dewey (CDD) e Classificação Decimal Universal (CDU), bem como nos cabeçalhos de assunto da Online Computer Library Centre (OCLC). Conclui-se que os sistemas de classificação não possuem notações específicas que distinguem os gêneros, temas, suportes e formatos de histórias em quadrinhos, tratando-os da mesma forma, fator que dificulta a recuperação da informação.@pt
