                    [0] => This study sought to identify the level of interference between the subjects´ informational practices and the information mediation activities within the Casa de José Américo Foundation Archive, considering the context and sociocultural dynamics of the individuals. Regarding the methodology, this article is characterized as descriptive of a qualitative nature, adopting direct observation and questionnaire application as data collection techniques among informational subjects who use the services and products of the aforementioned Archive. From the investigative trajectory, the relevance of considering the specific demands of informational subjects in the elaboration of direct and indirect information mediation activities was proven, enabling the search for it to be successful and, enhancing a link with the Archive, so that this environment can be recognized as a space of belonging. It was also noted the need for conscious action on the part of archivists, in the development of mediating activities, in a way that seeks to meet the informational demands of the subjects, considering the singularities, dynamics and sociocultural context in which they are inserted.@en
                    [1] => Este estudo buscou identificar o nível de interferência entre as práticas informacionais dos sujeitos e as atividades de mediação da informação no âmbito do Arquivo da Fundação Casa de José Américo, considerando o contexto e as dinâmicas socioculturais dos indivíduos. Quanto à metodologia, este artigo se caracteriza como descritivo de natureza qualitativa, adotando como técnicas de coleta de dados a observação direta e a aplicação de questionário junto aos sujeitos informacionais que utilizam os serviços e produtos do Arquivo supracitado. A partir da trajetória investigativa, comprovou-se a relevância em considerar as demandas específicas dos sujeitos informacionais na elaboração das atividades, diretas e indiretas, de mediação da informação, possibilitando que a busca por ela tenha êxito e, potencializando um vínculo com o Arquivo, de modo que esse ambiente possa ser reconhecido como um espaço de pertencimento. Constatou-se ainda a necessidade de uma atuação consciente por parte dos arquivistas, no desenvolvimento das atividades mediadoras, de maneira que busquem atender as demandas informacionais dos sujeitos, considerandor as singularidades, a dinâmica e o contexto sociocultural ao qual estão inseridos.@pt
