                    [0] => This work demonstrates, from this discourse analysis at the end of the National Truth Commission report, created by Law No. 12,528 / 11 – specifically the part about the operation of the judiciary during the Brazilian civil-military dictatorship – which its institutional role provides systematizing nature, without representing an end to the investigation of truth and memory within the Brazilian transition. The collates the text of the National Truth Commission report with information found in primary sources, collected from the court files from the Rio Grande do Sul State, to indicate inconsistencies and omissions of the Report of the spaces dedicated to the judiciary. Faced with the inconsistencies presented by the Report on the functions of the judiciary during the authoritarian period, the text concludes that be undeniable the need for further research.@en
                    [1] => O trabalho demonstra, a partir da análise do discurso presente no relatório final da Comissão Nacional da Verdade, criada pela Lei nº 12.528/11 – especificamente na parte a respeito da atuação do poder judiciário durante a ditadura civil-militar brasileira –, que seu papel institucional apresenta natureza sistematizadora, sem representar um ponto final nas investigações sobre verdade e memória no âmbito da transição brasileira. O texto coteja o Relatório da Comissão Nacional da Verdade com informações presentes em fontes primárias, colhidas nos arquivos judiciais do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, a fim de indicar inconsistências e omissões dos espaços do Relatório dedicados ao poder judiciário. Diante de tais problemas apresentados pelo Relatório, sobre as funções exercidas pelo judiciário durante o período autoritário, o texto conclui que será indeclinável a necessidade de aprofundamento das pesquisas.@pt
