                                            [0] => This paper presents a theoretical framework, based on Brazilian legislation relating to the procedures in records management. A search for survey data, quantitatively was held regarding the fulfillment of the orders Archive Records Management System, involving a population of twenty-nine Federal Institutions of Higher Education (IFES). To ensure greater credibility and build a very similar graphic language we use as a tool the provisions of the Access to Information Act.
                                            [1] => O presente artigo apresenta um aporte teórico, baseado nas legislações brasileiras relacionadas aos procedimentos na gestão de documentos de arquivo. Foi realizada uma pesquisa por levantamento de dados, de forma quantitativa, em respeito ao cumprimento das portarias do Sistema de Gestão de Documentos de Arquivo, envolvendo uma população de vinte e nove Instituições Federais de Ensino Superior (IFES), para garantir maior credibilidade e construir uma linguagem gráfica crível utilizamos como ferramenta os dispositivos da Lei de Acesso à Informação.
