                    [0] => The aim of this work is to present partial results of the study on typology of documents in personal archives under the guard of the MAST through the analysis of the diplomas contained in the ornithologist Helmut Sick personal archives. The research "Study of species and types of documents at the science and technology" archives is coordinated by the History of Science Archives of the MAST, the MCTIC Research Institute. The project has the CNPq support through research scholarships. The personal archives are privileged to the study of diplomas, since it is more difficult to find them in institutional archives. Within the framework of the study diplomas are typed according to the activity or event that produced it, which facilitates the understanding of the document to the activities of classification, arranging, preparation of finding aids and indexing.@en
                    [1] => O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar resultados parciais do estudo sobre tipologia documental nos arquivos pessoais sob a guarda do MAST, por meio da análise dos diplomas presentes no Arquivo pessoal do ornitólogo Helmut Sick. A pesquisa “Estudo da espécie e tipologia documental de arquivos de ciência e tecnologia” é coordenada pelo Arquivo de História da Ciência do MAST, instituto de pesquisa subordinado ao MCTIC. O Projeto tem o apoio do CNPq por meio de bolsas de pesquisa. Os arquivos pessoais são privilegiados para o estudo dos diplomas, visto que é mais difícil encontrá-los em arquivos institucionais. No âmbito do estudo os diplomas são tipificados de acordo com a atividade ou evento que o produziu, o que facilita a compreensão do documento para as atividades de classificação, arranjo, elaboração de instrumentos de busca e indexação.@pt
