                    [0] => The present experience report portrays and examines the  challenges encountered in the archival processing of  cartographic, engineering, and architectural documents  created by the Prefeitura Municipal de Porto Alegre (PMPA), aiming to enhance the arrangement and preservation of that documentation. It contextualizes record management in that municipality, addressing the administrative and legal changes that have occurred and the implementation of file classification schemes and record schedules. It describes the collection of building licensing projects for private constructions from 1892 to 1971, available in paper and microfilm formats. It examines historical archives management, which requires constant alertness. It reports archival preservation and public programming, emphasizing Professor Günter Weimer’s inventory, AtoM platform use, and Archivematica’s software installation process. It points out the challenges of archival processing and considers the possibilities of digitization and digital preservation while preserving the original document.@en
                    [1] => O presente relato de experiência apresenta e discute os desafios encontrados no tratamento arquivístico dos documentos cartográficos, de engenharia e arquitetura da Prefeitura Municipal de Porto Alegre (PMPA), visando aprimorar a organização e preservação do acervo. Contextualiza a Gestão Documental no município, abordando as mudanças administrativas e legais ocorridas, bem como a implementação do Plano de Classificação de Documentos e da Tabela de Temporalidade. Descreve o acervo de projetos de licenciamento de obras em edificações particulares protocolados entre os anos de 1892 e 1971, disponíveis em papel e microfilme. Reflete acerca da gestão de documentos permanentes, que exige atenção constante.
