                    [0] => Objective: The aim of this study is to understand how street parades in the Brazilian carnival contribute to integration, equality and the active participation of historically excluded groups in Brazilian cultural life. In addition, it examines how Information Science (IS), with its transdisciplinary and multicultural nature, through interaction with various areas of knowledge, can contribute to the preservation of the cultural heritage produced by the event. Method: The research method consists of a brief literature review focusing on scientific data obtained between 2022 and 2023 through database searches. We will carry out a qualitative analysis and case study. Results: It was found that the inclusive street blocks present at the Brazilian carnival promote the cultural, social and economic development of the groups surveyed and are a cultural asset, essential for building the country´s cultural identity. Conclusions: The event generates a number of positive social impacts, given that participation in carnival contributes to increased self-esteem and a sense of belonging, especially for marginalised groups, promoting social inclusion and respect for social diversity. It also aims to understand the economic and social impact of the festival in Brazil.@en
                    [1] => Objetivo: O presente estudo tem a finalidade de compreender como os blocos de rua no carnaval brasileiro contribuem para a integração, igualdade e a participação ativa de grupos historicamente excluídos na vida cultural brasileira. Além disso, examinar como a Ciência da Informação, com sua natureza transdisciplinar e multicultural, por meio da interação com diversas áreas do conhecimento, pode contribuir para a preservação do patrimônio cultural produzido pelo evento. Método: O método de pesquisa consiste em uma breve revisão da literatura com foco nos dados científicos obtidos, entre os anos de 2022 e 2023, por meio de buscas em bases de dados. Faremos uma análise qualitativa e estudo de caso. Resultado: Verificou-se que os blocos de rua inclusivos presente no carnaval brasileiro, promovem o desenvolvimento cultural, social e econômico dos grupos pesquisados e é um bem cultural, imprescindível para construção da identidade cultura do pais. Conclusões: O evento gera diversos impactos sociais positivos, tendo em vista que a participação no carnaval contribui para o aumento da autoestima e do sentimento de pertencimento, especialmente para grupos marginalizados, promovendo a inclusão social e o respeito a diversidade social. Além disso, compreender o impacto econômico e social do festejo para o Brasil.@pt
