                                            [0] => This experience report deals with the trajectory of the Benedicto Monteiro Library in the context of the Library System of the Federal University of Pará, making a journey from the history, through planning, information management, to the development of services and products that aim to meet the demands of the interactors. Empirical experience was adopted as a methodological procedure, with regard to daily activities in the library. It is concluded that despite the difficulties in terms of infrastructure, it has been developing activities that add value to the professional/scientific training of students, teachers and administrative technicians, in addition to the external community.
                                            [1] => O presente relato de experiência aborda a respeito da trajetória da Biblioteca Benedicto Monteiro no contexto do Sistema de Bibliotecas da Universidade Federal do Pará, fazendo um percurso desde o histórico, passando pelo planejamento, gestão da informação, chegando ao desenvolvimento de serviços e produtos que visam atender as demandas dos(as) interagentes. Adotou-se, como procedimento metodológico, a vivência empírica, no que se referente à atuação no cotidiano das atividades na biblioteca. Conclui-se que a mesma apesar das dificuldades em termos de infraestrutura, vem desenvolvendo atividades que agregam valor na formação profissional/científica dos(as) discentes, docentes e técnicos(as) administrativos(as), além da comunidade externa.
