                                            [0] => This research seeks to amplify the knowledge about the structure of informal groups present in the administrative structure of a university library. The subjects researched account for 71,41% of the general staff at the Main Library of the Stale University of Londrina - Paraná. This work made use of a sociometry technique as its investigation melhod. The results evidenced the predominance of groups from 2 to 6 elements, with valued choices between 1 to 5 points. The reciproca I choices occured in a moderate number and lhe majority presented mutual choices of low inlensity. From the analysis of each single area it was detected the presence of low cohesion groups. 
                                            [1] => A pesquisa busca ampliar o conhecimento sobre a estrutura de grupos informais presentes na estrutura administrativa de uma biblioteca universitária. Utiliza uma das técnicas da sociometria como método de investigação. Nos resultados, observou-se a predominância de grupos de 2 a 6 elementos, com escolhas valorizadas entre 1 a 5 pontos. As escolhas recíprocas aconteceram em número moderado e a maioria apresentou escolhas mútuas de baixa intensidade. Analisando área por área, detecta-se a presença de baixa coesão grupal.
