                                            [0] => Design Thinking led the strategic planning of the library, which during the COVID-19 pandemic met the information needs of the academic community, according to the principles of agile management of processes and projects. The action plan considered the results of the satisfaction survey, the behavior of students regarding the use of the library’sproducts and services, and the goals established in the academic project of São Carlos School of Engineering at the University of São Paulo for 2019-2023. Agile management contributed to organizational innovation and the transformation of service flows. The library’s building remodeling created collaborative and dynamic spaces to further boost study, research and innovation.
                                            [1] => O Design Thinking conduziu o planejamento estratégico da Biblioteca que durante a pandemia COVID-19 atendeu as necessidades informacionais da comunidade acadêmica, segundo os princípios de gestão ágil de processos e projetos. O plano de ação considerou os resultados da pesquisa de satisfação, o comportamento dos alunos quanto ao uso dos produtos e serviços da Biblioteca e as metas estabelecidas no projeto acadêmico da Escola de Engenharia de São Carlos da Universidade de São Paulo para 2019-2023. A gestão ágil contribuiu para a inovação organizacional e a transformação dos fluxos de serviços. A remodelação predial da Biblioteca criou espaços colaborativos e dinâmicos para impulsionar ainda mais o estudo, a pesquisa e a inovação.
