                    [0] => O artigo tem como objetivo apreender a partir do comportamento de citação expresso na produção científica dos docentes-pesquisadores do campo da Cancerologia brasileira suas escolhas acerca do Qualis/Capes e do fator de impacto do periódico. É oportuno esclarecer que a expressão “escolhas mais ou menos conscientes”, refere-se neste artigo a primazia elaboradas pelos docentes-pesquisadores acerca das razões/fatores que orientam a prática de citação a partir do Qualis/Capes e do Fator de Impacto do periódico. Embora as preferências constituam-se de ordem subjetiva, evidencia-se convergências com o modus operandi com o campo científico ao qual o pesquisador mantém vínculo. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como descritiva e esta etapa qualitativa da pesquisa, foi realizada com 15 docentes-pesquisadores de seis programas de pós-graduação no campo da Cancerologia brasileira – FAP; HCB; INCA; UFPA; USP e USP/RP. Como instrumento de coleta de dados, recorreu-se à entrevista estruturada. A partir dos resultados, agrupou-se as razões/fatores que influenciam o comportamento de citação dos docentes-pesquisadores do campo da Cancerologia brasileira em dois grandes grupos - o primeiro, conceitual-argumentativo, associado à obrigação que o pesquisador precisa para dar credibilidade às suas produções científicas a partir das citações de pesquisas anteriores. O segundo grupo, de ordem sociopolítica, relacionado ao modus operandi do campo científico do pesquisador, ou seja, o pesquisador citante criar alinhamento entre sua produção e a de pesquisador que se encontra em posição consagrada no campo, para fortalecer suas produções e assim, alcançar visibilidade acadêmica.@pt
                    [1] => The article aims to understand from the citation behavior expressed in the scientific production of the professors-researchers in the field of Brazilian Cancerology their choices about Qualis/ Capes and the impact factor of the journal. It is appropriate to clarify that the expression "more or less conscious choices", refers in this article to the primacy elaborated by the professors-researchers about the reasons/factors that guide the practice of citation from the Qualis/Capes and the Impact Factor of the journal. Although the preferences are subjective, it is evident convergences with the modus operandi with the scientific field to which the researcher is linked. The research is characterized as descriptive and this qualitative stage of the research was carried out with 15 faculty-researchers from six graduate programs in the field of Brazilian Cancerology - FAP; HCB; INCA; UFPA; USP and USP/ RP. The structured interview was used as an instrument of data collection. From the results, the reasons/factors that influence the citation behavior of the professors-researchers of the Brazilian Cancerology field were grouped into two major groups, the first, conceptual-argumentative, associated with the obligation that the researcher needs to give credibility to their scientific productions from the citations of previous research. The second group, sociopolitical, related to the modus operandi of the scientific field of the researcher, that is, the citing researcher create alignment between his production and that of researcher who is in a position consecrated in the field, to strengthen his productions and thus achieve academic visibility.@en
