Through obtained results, was observed that the reading are not the essential form of actualization of subjects and the deprivation of financial resources haven't aflowed the seek of retraining.
                                            [1] => Estudo exploratório, usando como instrumento de pesquisa o questionário, aplicado aos bibliotecários do Sistema de Bibliotecas da UNICAMP, com o objetivo de conhecer a sua atuação em relação aos programas de educação contínua e aos tipos de atividade mais adequadas à população estudada. Pelos resultados obtidos, observou-se que a leitura não é o principal meio de atualização dos sujeitos e que a escassez de recursos financeiros não tem permitido a busca de reciclagem.
