Foi feita uma reflexão sobre a motivação e suas implicações na biblioteca, utilizando os temas comportamentais de modificação de comportamento e reforço. Foi focalizado, também, os esquemas de reforçamento e suas aplicações na biblioteca. Todos os tópicos foram analisados e exemplificados através de possíveis práticas no cotidiano desta instituição - a biblioteca, seus funcionários e seus usuários.@pt
