                                            [0] => The research aimed to analyze audiobook platforms regarding the elements of information representation and information retrieval. As specific objectives, we sought to (i) identify the audiobook platforms available in Brazil; (ii) define the evaluation criteria for retrieving information in audiobooks; and (iii) analyze the resources, metadata, and functionalities. Methodologically, the research was characterized as descriptive, exploratory, and applied, with a qualitative and quantitative approach involving three distinct stages. Of the 27 metadata and 24 features observed on the platforms, it was found that Audible was the platform that best met 37 (69%) criteria. In contrast, the Ubook platform had the lowest performance, meeting 29 (54%) criteria. The mobile environment proved more efficient than the desktop, serving more metadata and functionalities, although it had positive and negative points. It is concluded that the platforms present resources and functionalities for information retrieval, but there is still space for improvement.
                                            [1] => O objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar as plataformas de audiolivros quanto aos elementos de representação e recuperação de informação. Como objetivos específicos, buscou-se: (i) identificar as plataformas de audiolivros disponíveis no Brasil; (ii) definir os critérios de avaliação para recuperação de informação em audiolivros; e (iii) analisar os recursos, metadados e funcionalidades. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa foi caracterizada como descritiva, exploratória e aplicada, com abordagem qualitativa e quantitativa, envolvendo três etapas distintas. Dos 27 metadados e 24 funcionalidades observados nas plataformas, verificou-se que a Audible foi a plataforma que melhor atendeu aos 37 (69%) critérios, enquanto a plataforma Ubook teve o menor desempenho, atendendo 29 (54%) critérios. O ambiente mobile mostrou-se mais eficiente do que o desktop, atendendo a um número maior de metadados e funcionalidades, embora tenha apresentado pontos positivos e negativos. Conclui-se que as plataformas apresentam recursos e funcionalidades para a recuperação de informação, mas ainda há espaço para melhorias.
