                    [0] => The Supervised Internship is an essential opportunity in the formation of the archivist and it can provide many experiences and from them, the student can develop archival practices. This work has the general objective of reporting internship experiences in the Archives of the State Secretariat of Administration (SEAD) of Paraíba. And for that, it is necessary to point out the main archival activities carried out in the SEAD Archives; suggest improvements to the archival activities carried out, as well as encourage more discussions like this one in the archival literature, in order to strengthen dialogues between areas, as well as in Archival Science. In this sense, the research is descriptive-exploratory, as it aims to analyze and learn more about the theme and the activities performed. Thus, bibliographical research is essential, since it is fundamental for the knowledge and development of this study. And the approach used is qualitative, with subjective data being presented through reported experiences and suggestions made. Therefore, this study will provide the exchange of knowledge through practical experiences in the area of ​​Archivology and will encourage future discussions about the techniques and their improvement in the scientific community.@en
                    [1] => O estágio supervisionado é uma oportunidade essencial na formação do arquivista e ele pode proporcionar muitas experiências e a partir delas, o estudante pode desenvolver práticas arquivísticas. Este trabalho tem como objetivo geral relatar experiências de estágio nos Arquivos da Secretaria de Estado de Administração (SEAD) da Paraíba. E para isso, é necessário apontar as principais atividades arquivísticas executadas nos Arquivos da SEAD; sugerir melhorias para as atividades arquivísticas realizadas, como também incentivar mais discussões como essa na literatura arquivística, a fim de fortalecer os diálogos entre áreas, bem como na Arquivologia. Nesse sentido, a pesquisa é descritivo-exploratória, pois visa analisar e conhecer mais o tema e as atividades desempenhadas. Assim, a pesquisa bibliográfica é essencial, uma vez que é fundamental para o conhecimento e desenvolvimento desse estudo. E como abordagem utilizada é a qualitativa, sendo apresentados dados subjetivos através das experiências relatadas e sugestões apresentadas. Por conseguinte, esse estudo proporcionará a troca de conhecimentos através de experiências práticas na área da Arquivologia e fomentará futuras discussões acerca das técnicas e aprimoramento delas na comunidade científica.@pt
