                    [0] => The benefits brought by the use of Information Technology (IT) are indisputable, and given the informational growth of contemporaneity, they become indispensable for the development and use of computerized systems. On the other hand, with the advent of the use of IT also comes the great difficulties regarding the rapid obsolescence of hardware and software. These difficulties directly affect the archivist, who has the crucial role of managing the information contained in these supports, which often institutions must give greater relevance to electronic document management (EDM) policies with the support of archivists and IT staff aware and trained on the specifics of the treatment of digital documents. Thus, this article has as a general objective: To identify ressarce on IT in the archival context with the Reference Database off Journal Articles in Information Science (BRAPCI). As a methodological approach, it was adopted an exploratory research with bibliographic survey, where scientific publications with a qualiquantitative approach were analyzed. Among the results, it was detected that the bibliographic productions on the theme of IT related to the field of archives present little volume in BRAPCI and in the time frame of the last five years, as well as few technological innovations are disclosed with respect to the diversity of software for electronic document management, with only approaches to the Electronic Information System (SEI) with applications in public institutions, as well as only one software for the description and preservation of archival documents, with reference only to ICA-AtoM. Thus, it is concluded that the theme is useful and needs more approaches for the expansion of knowledge in the technical-scientific field of archival science concerning the archival management of digital documents.@en
                    [1] => O presente estudo tem como objetivo identificar pesquisas sobre Tecnologias da Informação (TI) no contexto arquivístico junto a Base de Dados Referenciais de Artigos de Periódicos em Ciência da Informação (BRAPCI). Como percurso metodológico, adotou-se uma pesquisa exploratória com levantamento bibliográfico, onde foram analisadas publicações científicas com abordagem de caráter qualiquantitativa. Entre os resultados, detectou-se que as produções bibliográficas sobre a temática de TI relacionadas ao campo da arquivística apresentam-se pouco volumosas na BRAPCI e no recorte temporal dos últimos cinco anos, bem como são divulgadas poucas inovações tecnológicas no que tange a diversidade de software de gestão eletrônica de documentos, tendo apenas abordagens a respeito do Sistema Eletrônico de Informações (SEI) com aplicações em instituições públicas, como também apenas um software para a descrição e preservação de documentos de arquivos, com referência apenas ao ICA-AtoM. Sendo assim, conclui-se que a temática é profícua e tem a necessidade de mais abordagens para a amplificação dos saberes no campo técnico-científico da arquivística concernentes à gestão arquivística de documentos digitais.@pt
