                    [0] => This study is an integral part of an ongoing doctoral thesis in the Graduate Program in Knowledge Management and Organization at the Federal University of Minas Gerais. The thesis explores the innovation movements of Plain Language, Legal Design, and Visual Law, analyzing the social relevance of their principles and their applicability in the field of Knowledge Organization and Representation (KOR). The thesis´s objective is to propose a methodology for harmonizing specialized legal language with non-specialized or natural language in legal information products and services. Additionally, it aims to identify the contributions of this harmonization to society and KOR. The research problem is articulated through the following questions: "Is it possible to harmonize specialized legal language with non-specialized natural language and use it in legal information products and services? What are the contributions of this harmonization to society and KOR?" Employing a qualitative, descriptive, exploratory, and empirical approach, the methodology adopted in the thesis is Design Thinking. The results indicate that the proposed methodology can be applied, with adaptations, to other knowledge domains. Furthermore, the research provides innovative contributions and approaches to KOR, as it discusses theories and methodologies that are still emerging in this field.@en
                    [1] => Estudo que é parte integrante de uma tese de doutorado em andamento no curso de Pós-Graduação em Gestão e Organização do Conhecimento da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. A tese aborda os movimentos de inovação Plain Language (Linguagem Simples), Legal Design e Visual Law, analisando a relevância social de seus princípios e suas aplicabilidades no campo de Organização e Representação do Conhecimento (ORC). O objetivo da tese é propor uma metodologia para compatibilizar a linguagem jurídica especializada com a linguagem não especializada, ou linguagem natural, nos produtos e serviços de informação jurídica. Adicionalmente, busca-se identificar as contribuições dessa compatibilização para a sociedade e para a ORC. O problema de pesquisa é traduzido pelas seguintes questões: “É possível compatibilizar a linguagem especializada do Direito com a linguagem não especializada e utilizá-la nos produtos e serviços de informação jurídica? Quais contribuições dessa compatibilização para a sociedade e para a ORC?”. Com abordagem qualitativa, descritiva, exploratória e empírica, a metodologia adotada na tese é o Design Thinking. Os resultados indicam que a metodologia proposta pode ser aplicada, com adaptações, a outros domínios do conhecimento. Além disso, a pesquisa oferece contribuições e abordagens inovadoras à ORC, pois discute teorias e metodologias ainda incipientes nessa área.@pt
