                    [0] => The objective of this study was to assess the services and benefits provided by the Árvore de Livros Digital Library, a platform adopted by librarians at the Pedagogical Center and Technical School of the Federal University of Minas Gerais, aiming to address the demands of these institutions during the social distancing period imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Conducted from 2020 to 2021, this qualiquantitative research utilized reports from the Árvore de Livros platform, semi-structured interviews with librarians, teachers, and a technical representative of the platform, in addition to the acquisition contract. This study allowed for the exploration, investigation, and documentation of the digital information source adopted in a challenging educational context. Although positive results were identified in the use of the Árvore library, some questions arose regarding the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of the investment in periods considered normal. The research emphasized the importance of the school library for basic education and highlighted the librarian´s role within information units, especially in evaluating products and services in specific situations.@en
                    [1] => O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar os serviços e os benefícios proporcionados pela Biblioteca Digital Árvore de Livros, plataforma adotada pelos bibliotecários do Centro Pedagógico e do Colégio Técnico da Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, com a intenção de atender às demandas dessas instituições durante o período de distanciamento social imposto pela pandemia da Covid-19. Conduzida no período de 2020 a 2021, a pesquisa, de natureza qualiquantitativa, utilizou relatórios da plataforma Árvore de Livros, entrevistas semiestruturadas com bibliotecários, professores e um responsável técnico da plataforma, além do contrato de aquisição. Este estudo possibilitou explorar, investigar e documentar a fonte de informação digital adotada em um contexto educacional desafiador. Embora tenham sido identificados resultados positivos no uso da Biblioteca Árvore, alguns questionamentos surgiram em relação à viabilidade e ao custo-benefício do investimento em períodos considerados normais. A pesquisa destacou a relevância da biblioteca escolar para o ensino básico e ressaltou a importância do papel do bibliotecário dentro das unidades de informação, especialmente na avaliação de produtos e serviços em situações específicas.@pt
