                    [0] => The article aims to present the organizational routines in a university library and the occurrence of changes to deal with the pandemic. A bibliographical survey was carried out of the constructs of organizational routines, university library, remote work and studies carried out in Brazilian university libraries that contextualize the pandemic period. The review addressed the theory of organizational routines, its ostensive and performative aspects and artifacts, as well as concepts about the university library and the issue of remote work resulting from the covid-19 pandemic. The result showed the dynamics of organizational routines during the pandemic period, when libraries closed, however, services/products needed to be offered. Technological artifacts were protagonists in enabling interaction between actors and the provision of services. However, the moment was marked by the performative aspect, considering that library agents promoted actions that produced changes and innovation.@en
                    [1] => O artigo tem como objetivo apresentar as rotinas organizacionais em biblioteca universitária e a ocorrência das mudanças para lidar com a pandemia. Realizou-se um levantamento bibliográfico dos constructos de rotinas organizacionais, biblioteca universitária, trabalho remoto e estudos realizados nas bibliotecas universitárias brasileiras que contextualizam o período de pandemia. A revisão abordou a teoria de rotinas organizacionais, seus aspectos ostensivo e performativo e os artefatos, bem como os conceitos sobre biblioteca universitária e a questão do trabalho remoto decorrente da pandemia de Covid-19. O resultado evidenciou a dinâmica das rotinas organizacionais no período de pandemia, quando as bibliotecas fecharam, porém, os serviços/produtos precisavam ser ofertados. Os artefatos tecnológicos foram protagonistas ao possibilitar a interação entre os atores e a oferta dos serviços. No entanto, o momento ficou marcado pelo aspecto performativo, considerando que os agentes das bibliotecas promoveram ações que produziram mudanças e inovação.@pt
