                                            [0] => This article presents the results of a bibliometric survey to develop a state of the art, which verified how the theme of communication of scientific information in Federal Institutes of Education, Science and Technology has been discussed in scientific works carried out in Brazil by Information Science researchers between 2011 and 2021. As a methodological approach, exploratory research was carried out in the Information Science Database and in the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations. The productions obtained were analyzed qualitatively, with the aim of helping those interested in the subject to structure future studies in the field of Information Science. The analysis showed that the number of papers on the subject within these institutes is still low, making it a promising object of study for future research. Only three papers addressed this aspect, referring to the Federal Institute of Piauí, the Federal Institute of Paraíba and federal institutions located in the southeast of Brazil, dealing with the management processes of scientific production and its forms of dissemination.
                                            [1] => Este artigo apresenta o resultado de uma pesquisa bibliométrica para elaborar um estado da arte, o qual verificou como a temática da comunicação da informação científica nos Institutos Federais de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia vem sendo discutida nos trabalhos científicos realizados no Brasil por pesquisadores da Ciência da Informação, entre os anos de 2011 a 2021. Como trajetória metodológica, empregou-se uma pesquisa exploratória na Base de Dados em Ciência da Informação e na Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações. As produções alcançadas foram analisadas qualitativamente, tendo o intuito de auxiliar interessados na temática para estruturar futuros estudos no campo da Ciência da Informação. As análises evidenciaram que ainda é reduzido o número de trabalhos sobre a temática no âmbito desses Institutos, sendo um promissor objeto de estudo para pesquisas futuras. Apenas três comunicações abordaram essa vertente, referindo-se ao Instituto Federal do Piauí, ao Instituto Federal da Paraíba e a instituições da rede federal situadas na região sudeste do Brasil, tratando dos processos de gestão da produção científica e suas formas de divulgação.
