                    [0] => This research analyzed the skills and abilities of the archivist as a knowledge manager. In this context, the archivist must seek a differentiated form of performance, which goes beyond his traditional skills, to assist the institution in the information and knowledge management. Methodologically, the research was characterized as exploratory and descriptive with a qualitative approach, carried out by reviewing the existing bibliography regarding the role of the archivist in knowledge management. Data analysis followed the coding and categorization procedures. As a result, the importance of interdisciplinarity, knowledge sharing and the ability to learn and innovate was identified.@en
                    [1] => Esta pesquisa analisou as competências e habilidades do arquivista enquanto gestor do conhecimento. Neste contexto, o arquivista deve buscar uma forma diferenciada de atuação, que vai além das suas competências tradicionais, para auxiliar à instituição na gestão da informação e do conhecimento. Metodologicamente, a pesquisa caracterizou-se como exploratória e descritiva com abordagem qualitativa, realizada através da revisão da bibliografia existente a respeito da atuação do arquivista na gestão do conhecimento. A análise dos dados seguiu os procedimentos de codificação e categorização. Como resultado, identificou-se a importância da interdisciplinaridade, compartilhamento do conhecimento e da capacidade de aprender e inovar.@pt
