                                            [0] => Given the communication challenges and threats faced by library science and IS, it is necessary to ask from what place of enunciation these disciplines and their practices are being addressed. Which is a call to observe in a differential manner the places of knowledge production, recognizing that today subjects and communities are located in non-geographic, but rather political, territories and spatialities, evidenced in the diverse ways of conceiving and naming Latin America and the Caribbean: Abya-Yala, Améfrica Ladina, Indo-America, Ñamérica, Milpamérica. This article presents enunciation frames as a fundamental element in relation to the territory, since the challenges regarding the communication of each spatiality are linked to the territory. To this end, library science and IS dialogue with De Certeau (1980, 1999), Lefèbvre (2000) and Massey (2007, 2005 and 1999). Finally, some communication experiences are explored and ideas are presented regarding how info-communication can strengthen them.
                                            [1] => Ante los desafíos y amenazas comunicacionales que encara la bibliotecología y la CI, es necesario preguntarse desde qué lugar de enunciación se están abordando estas diciplinas y sus prácticas. Lo cual es un llamado a observar de manera diferencial los lugares de producción de conocimiento, reconociendo que hoy día sujetos y comunidades se sitúan en territorios y espacialidades no geográficas, más sí políticas, evidenciado en los diversos modos de concebir y nombrar Latinoamérica y el Caribe: Abya-Yala, Améfrica Ladina, Indoamérica, Ñamérica, Milpamérica. Este artículo presenta los marcos de enunciación como un elemento fundamental en relación con el territorio, una vez los desafíos respecto a la comunicación de cada espacialidad están ligados al territorio. Para ello, la bibliotecología y la CI dialogan con De Certeau (1980, 1999), Lefèbvre (2000) y Massey (2007, 2005 y 1999). Finalmente se exploran algunas experiencias comunicacionales y se presentan ideas respecto a cómo la info-comunicación puede fortalecerlas.
