It concludes that, with adequate training in technical, managerial, and behavioral skills, professionals can deal with the challenges of digital transformation in an ethical and strategic way.
                                            [1] => O artigo discute o impacto da transformação digital nos campos da informação e biblioteconomia, destacando as novas demandas e desafios impostos aos profissionais da área. Analisa como a adoção de novas tecnologias digitais pelas unidades de informação pode gerar inovações nos serviços aos usuários, por meio de soluções como inteligência artificial, realidade virtual, personalização e análise de dados. Apresenta como a tecnologia deve estar alinhada às necessidades dos usuários. O texto aborda ainda a integração entre os princípios de User Experience Design e a Ciência da Informação para desenvolver serviços centrados no usuário. São apresentadas as habilidades necessárias ao profissional da informação para atuar na era digital, como domínio tecnológico, gestão da informação digital, comunicação, trabalho em equipe e aprendizado contínuo. Conclui que, com formação adequada em competências técnicas, gerenciais e comportamentais, os profissionais podem lidar com os desafios da transformação digital de modo ético e estratégico.
