                                            [0] => Although previous studies had investigated information behaviors of nursing professionals, little is known about factors that influence such behaviors. This work investigated whether and how informational behavior during wound care varies with different levels of nursing education, from technical course students to nurses with doctorate degree. We have collected data from 566 participants with nationwide coverage in Brazil through an online questionnaire between January and February 2020. Variations were identified when nursing training is related to use of sources, frequency of obtaining and way of recording information during wound care. The observed differences reached up to 40% in information source use, up to 48% in obtaining frequency and up to 34% in way of recording information produced. The design and improvement of information systems involved in wound care must consider and accommodate differences like these.
                                            [1] => Apesar de trabalhos anteriores já terem investigado comportamentos informacionais de profissionais de enfermagem, ainda se conhece pouco sobre os fatores que influenciam tais comportamentos. Este trabalho investigou se e como o comportamento informacional durante o tratamento de feridas na pele varia entre usuários com diferentes níveis de formação em enfermagem, desde estudantes de cursos técnicos até enfermeiras com doutorado. Foram coletados dados de 566 participantes com abrangência nacional no Brasil através de um questionário online entre janeiro e fevereiro de 2020. Identificou-se variações quando se relaciona a formação em enfermagem com o uso de fontes, frequência de obtenção e modo de registro de informações durante o tratamento de feridas. As diferenças observadas chegaram até 40% no uso das fontes de informação, até 48% na frequência de obtenção e até 34% no modo de registro de informações produzidas. A concepção e melhoria de sistemas de informação envolvidos no tratamento de feridas deve considerar e acomodar diferenças como essas.
