                                            [0] => Discusses the enhancement of serendipity in the process of searching for information in digital environments in the post-custodial paradigm of Information Science. It results from an exploratory and bibliographic research. As a result, it is founded the possibility and potential of Interactive Epistemography as an ethical and universal practice to represent and organize information items based on the participation of the information retrieval system user, both as classifier and user. It focuses on the perspective of informational items classified from people with different worldviews to the detriment of a small portion of scientific authorities. It concludes that the construction of collective and plural knowledge, with the active participation of information researchers, as well as the enhancement of serendipity in the process of searching for information, fits as research in the field of Information Science.
                                            [1] => Discorre sobre a potencialização da serendipidade no processo de busca por informação em ambientes digitais no paradigma pós-custodial da Ciência da Informação. Resulta de uma pesquisa exploratória e bibliográfica. Encontrou como resultado a possibilidade e a potencialidade da Epistemografia Interativa como prática ética e universal para representar e organizar itens informacionais a partir da participação dos usuários do sistema de recuperação de informação tanto como classificador quanto usuário. Enfoca a perspectiva de itens informacionais classificados a partir de pessoas com visões de mundo diferentes em detrimento de uma pequena parcela de autoridades científicas. Conclui que a construção do conhecimento coletivo e plural, com a participação ativa dos pesquisadores da informação, bem como a potencialização da serendipidade no processo de busca por informação, cabe como pesquisa no campo da Ciência da Informação.
