                                            [0] => The use of personal data enables the individual to travel today with autonomy in the Information Society. Whether in the identification, classification or authorization in platforms or systems, these elements replace the physical presence, for example, in the authentication of services. Over the years, the legal systems have tried to deliberate on the protection of personal data and, after four generations, have found a balance that supports holders in actions with data processing organizations. The RGPD, which protects natural persons in the European Union, has, in its 173 recitals and eleven chapters, legal mechanisms that support the holders in guaranteeing their privacy rights. In this article, the impact of the RGPD on data preservation and the challenges facing the standard will be analyzed.
                                            [1] => O uso de dados pessoais habilita o indivíduo a trafegar, hoje, com autonomia, na Sociedade da Informação. Seja na identificação, classificação ou autorização em plataformas ou sistemas, esses elementos substituem a presença física, por exemplo, na autenticação de serviços. Ao longo dos anos, os ordenamentos jurídicos tentam deliberar o que tange a proteção de dados pessoais e, após quatro gerações, encontram um equilíbrio que respalda os titulares frente às organizações de tratamento de dados. O RGPD (Regulamento Geral de Proteção de Dados), que protege as pessoas singulares na União Europeia, traz, nos seus 173 considerandos e onze capítulos, mecanismos legais que respaldam os titulares na garantia dos seus direitos de privacidade. Neste artigo, serão analisados o impacto do RGPD na preservação de dados e os desafios diante da norma.
