                    [0] => Resumo: A importância da medição e avaliação dos impactos tem vindo a ser destacada em várias áreas culturais: nas bibliotecas, com o surgimento da norma ISO 16394 - Methods and procedures for assessing the impact of libraries; na reflexão e debate em torno dos compromissos e metas que irão integrar a Agenda de Desenvolvimento Pós-2015; e na discussão da integração da Cultura como o quarto pilar do desenvolvimento sustentável, com destaque para a criação pela UNESCO de uma bateria de Indicadores de Cultura para o Desenvolvimento e para a recente realização do UNESCO World Forum on Culture and the Cultural Industries, onde foi reconhecida a complexidade da criação e gestão integrada de indicadores.Tendo como objetivo contribuir para o debate em curso, apresenta-se uma estrutura de medição e avaliação de impactos, centrada em sete potenciais dimensões de impacto e a sua aplicação ao campo da Informação-documentação, discutindo a importância de se obterem novos indicadores e evidências para os serviços de informação.Palavras-chave: Sustentabilidade; Medição de impactos; Informação-documentação; Conver-gênciaAbstract: The importance of impact measurement and assessment has been highlighted in various cultural areas: in libraries, with the emergence of ISO 16394 - Methods and procedures for assessing the impact of libraries; in the reflection and debate around the commitments and goals that will integrate the Post-2015 Development Agenda; and in the discussion on Culture as the fourth pillar of sustainable development, with emphasis on the creation by UNESCO of a battery of Culture Indicators for Development and the recently held UNESCO World Forum on Culture and the Cultural Industries, where the complexity of indicators creation and integrated management was recognized.As a contribution to the ongoing debate, we present a framework for measuring and assessing impacts centered on seven potential dimensions of impact and its application in the Information-documentation field, focusing the discussing on the importance of producing new indicators and evidences and information services.Keywords: Sustainability; Impact measurement; Information-documentation; Convergence@pt
