                                            [0] => In 2013 the Marrakesh Treaty was agreed to allow the production and distribution of copies in accessible formats for people with difficulties, as well as cross-border sharing. The documentary research technique is used on the origin and implementation of the Marrakesh Treaty and an interview about it with 60 participants of a course on the Development of Collections in Libraries. All of them holding management positions in libraries in Spain, Guatemala, Mexico and El Salvador, countries in which said Treaty has been ratified. In May 2017, a political agreement was reached that opened the door to the ratification of the Marrakesh Treaty. In September 2021, it was ratified in 79 countries, but without achieving the desired success in its implementation. From the interview, deficiencies have been identified to avoid and proposals to be executed to achieve the expected impact. The objectives of the Treaty will not be achieved only with the modification of national laws, it is necessary the exchange of experiences on the part of the people who have dedicated years of work in this common good worldwide.
 
                                            [1] => En el 2013, se acordó el Tratado de Marrakech, con el fin de permitir la producción y la distribución de ejemplares en formatos accesibles para personas con dificultades, y compartirlos de forma transfronteriza. Se utilizó la técnica de investigación documental sobre el origen e implantación del Tratado de Marrakech y una entrevista sobre él a 60 participantes de un curso sobre Desarrollo de Colecciones en Bibliotecas. Todos ellos con puestos directivos en bibliotecas de España, Guatemala, México y El Salvador, países en los que se ha ratificado dicho tratado. En mayo del 2017, se firmó un acuerdo político que abría la puerta a la ratificación del Tratado de Marrakech. Para septiembre del 2021 ya se había ratificado en 79 países, pero sin alcanzar el éxito deseado en su implantación. A partir de las entrevistas se han identificado deficiencias que se deben evitar y propuestas que se deben ejecutar para conseguir el impacto esperado. Los objetivos del tratado no se lograrán solo con la modificación en las leyes nacionales, es necesario el intercambio de experiencias por parte de las personas que han dedicado años de trabajo a este bien común a nivel mundial.
