Este trabajo tiene como propósito enunciar los principios teóricos para la creación, diseño y organización de Redes de Conocimiento basadas en la Gestión del Conocimiento (GC), caso RITCS (Red de Investigación Transdisciplinaria en Ciencias Sociales), por medio de estrategias que dan sustento a la generación y adecuación de nuevos modelos de docencia e investigación de frontera en Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES), que están inmersas en escenarios del tercer entorno.
