De esta manera, recorriendo aspectos como la definición de Sistema Nacional de Archivos, la legisla­ción que le afecta, los reglamentos nacionales de archivos, la adscripción o dependencia orgánico-política del Sistema, sus principios rectores, los órganos y centros que lo integran, su estructura, funciones y características básicas, se muestran por sí mismas, aislada y com­parativamente y sin entrar en análisis, las diferencias, semejanzas, deficiencias o contradic­ciones, entre ambos Sistemas Nacionales de Archivos , reflejo de su organización político-administrativa y de sus señas sociales y culturales.Palabras clave: Sistema Nacional de Archivos, Colombia, España, legislación archivística.The Colombian and Spanish National Archives Comparative StateAbstractThe Spanish and Colombian National Archives Systems are compared. In this way, examining aspects such as the definition of the National Archive System, legislationwich affects it, national archive regulations, the System´s organic and political attachment and dependency, its leading principles, the organs and centres which it consists of, its structure, functions and basic characteristics, are shown in themselves, in isolation and in comparison, and, without analysis, the differences, similarities; deficincies and contradictions between the two National Archives Systems, reflecting their political and administrative organizations and their social and cultural identities.Keywords: National Archive Systems, Colombia, Spain, archive legislation.@es
