                                            [0] => This article reports the results of a study of the organizational climate preferred by Brazilian a Colombian librarian in universities in Sao Paulo and Antioquia. This survey forms part of a broader study on work motivation and organizational climate presented to obtain the degree of Doctor of Communication Sciences in the University of Sao Paulo. The objective of this research project was not to determine the current climate in librarians were presented with different elements that comprise organizational climate, with the request that they indicate those elements that they consider indispensable or of major or minor importance, as well as those elements toward which they were indifferent or considered of little importance. The instrument used for this inquiry was a questionnaire that contained 35 situations related to the components of the climates investigated: objectives, structure, leadership, work relations, compensation, support mechanism, propensity to change.
                                            [1] => Se ofrecen los resultados del diagnóstico realizado sobre el clima organizacional preferido por los
bibliotecarios brasileños y colombianos de las Universidades de São Paulo y de Antioquia. Este
diagnóstico forma parte de una investigación más amplia sobre motivación en el trabajo y clima
organizacional realizada para la obtención del grado de Doctor en Ciencias de la Comunicación en
la Universidad de São Paulo. En la investigación no se tuvo como objetivo diagnosticar el clima
existente en las bibliotecas sino el clima que los bibliotecarios deseaban tener. Siguiendo este objetivo se les presentó a los bibliotecarios diferentes elementos componentes del clima organizacional para que ellos indicaran aquellos que consideraban imprescindibles o tenían mayor o menor importancia, así como los que les eran indiferentes o no tenían importancia. El instrumento utilizado para el
diagnóstico fue un cuestionario que contenía 35 situaciones vinculadas a los componentes del clima investigados: objetivos, estructura, liderazgo, relaciones de trabajo, recompensas, mecanismos de apoyo y propensión al cambio.
