                                            [0] => Vivemos em um mundo onde os fluxos de dados e informação se tornam cada vez maiores, e nos fazem refletir nos antigos e pensar em novos métodos e sistemas de organização para que essa informação seja armazenada e acessível. A motivação da escolha do tema se deu por meio da percepção do arranjo da informação feita em fichas catalográficas de livros e pela percepção de que alguns usuários têm na ficha um guia direto para elaboração de referências e que para tal faz-se necessário que a informação esteja não padronizada, mas organizada. O estudo tem como objeto a ficha catalográfica e se estende aos serviços e produtos informacionais oferecidos pelas Instituições de Ensino Superior, tanto no serviço de ficha catalográfica manual ou automatizado. Quanto à metodologia, a pesquisa classifica-se como descritiva, de abordagem qualitativa e de natureza básica. Dentre os procedimentos utilizados para o estudo, optou-se pela revisão bibliográfica para contextualização e conceitualização do tema e subtemas, com base nos autores: Mey (1995), Borges (2019; 2020), Alves (2009) e, Lima e Alvares (2012). Além disso, foi realizada a geração de fichas cartográficas no sistema FICAT 2.0 das instituições para posterior análise e comparação com o que é prometido e orientado nos manuais de acesso. É certo que a tecnologia ao longo dos anos impulsionou muito a área e o serviço da informação, o FICAT da UFPA e da UFRA está na sua versão 2.0, depois de receber upgrades e ser comparado com outros sistemas de igual funcionalidade. Autonomia e operacionalidade são as palavras-chave para o FICAT, pois é um sistema de fácil manuseio que possibilita a alimentação do formulário por pessoas que não possuem conhecimento aprofundado na temática Representação da Informação.
                                            [1] => We live in a world where data and information flows become ever greater and make us reflect on the old ones and think of new methods and organization systems so that this information is stored and accessible. The motivation for choosing the topic was due to the perception of the organization of information made in catalog sheets of books and the perception that some users have a direct guide in the form for the elaboration of references and that for this it is necessary that the information be if not standardized but organized. The object of the study is the cataloging form and extends to the services and informational products offered by Higher Education Institutions, both in the service of manual or automated cataloging forms. As for the objective, the research is classified as descriptive, with a qualitative approach and of a basic nature. Among the procedures used for the study, a literature review was chosen to contextualize and conceptualize the theme and sub-themes, based on the authors: Mey (1995), Borges (2019; 2020), Alves (2009) and Lima and Alvares (2012). In addition, cartographic records were generated in the institutions' FICAT 2.0 system for further analysis and comparison with what is promised and guided by the access manuals. It is true that technology over the years has greatly boosted the area and the information service, FICAT of UFPA and UFRA is in its version 2.0, after receiving upgrades and being compared with other systems with equal functionality. Autonomy and operability are the keywords for FICAT, as it is an easy-to-use system that allows the form to be fed by people who do not have in-depth knowledge about Information Representation.
