                    [0] => Context: Knowledge Management is the ability of organizations to create, capture, organize, improve, share and use their intellectual assets. For the implementation of these processes, it is necessary a favorable organizational culture. It is believed that Participatory Design could stimulate the flowering of this scenario. Objective: The key objective of this research is to present a systematic literature review that addresses Participatory Design in the field of Knowledge Management during the period of 2005-2020 to identify evidence of this relationship. Methodology: This systematic review was carried out following a five-step protocol based on Denyer and Tranfield (2009) and Pinto et al. (2017). Results: There is a relationship between Participatory Design and Knowledge Management in situations related to the participation of people in contexts where technology was present to support the creation of a product, a system or to arrive at an innovative solution. Conclusions: Participatory Design presents itself as an opportunity for the design of KM systems and to stimulate the realization of KM in a collaborative way in different sectors and contexts.@en
                    [1] => Contexto:  A Gestão do Conhecimento é a capacidade das organizações de criar, capturar, organizar, aprimorar, compartilhar e utilizar seus ativos intelectuais. Para a implementação desses processos, é necessário uma cultura organizacional que lhe seja favorável. Acredita-se que o Design Participativo poderia estimular o florescimento desse cenário. Objetivo: O objetivo desta pesquisa é apresentar uma Revisão Sistemática de Literatura (RSL) abordando o Design Participativo no âmbito da Gestão do Conhecimento no período de 2005-2020 para verificar essa relação. Metodologia: A RSL foi executada seguindo cinco etapas de um protocolo baseado em Denyer e Tranfield (2009) e Pinto et al. (2017). Resultados: Existe uma relação do Design Participativo na Gestão do Conhecimento em situações relacionadas à participação de pessoas em contextos em que a tecnologia estava presente para apoiar a criação de algum produto ou para se chegar a alguma solução inovadora. Conclusões: O Design Participativo apresenta-se como uma oportunidade para o design de sistemas de GC e para estimular a GC de forma colaborativa em diferentes setores e contextos, o que pode favorecer iniciativas de implementação da GC.@pt
