[0] => The objective of this study was to identify compliance with ethical aspects in theses from different areas of Health Sciences in Peru. A descriptive and cross-sectional study was developed, in which 463 undergraduate theses from the School of Medicine of Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos were analyzed from 2017 to 2021. Frequencies and percentages were estimated with 95% confidence intervals. The declaration of conflicts of interest by the researcher was present in 0.9% of the theses, the declaration of ethical aspects in 96.1% and approval by an ethics committee in 16.2%. Informed consent was used in 95.3% of studies with adults, 80.1% of them mentioned the purpose and 83.6% declared the confidentiality of the information.
