                                            [0] => This study addresses pedagogical practices related to the song genre. The theoretical and methodological foundation, on the linguistic level, is grounded in the concepts of language, discourse, and genre as developed by the Bakhtin Circle. In the field of education, we turn to the critical theory of education, namely, Historical-Critical Pedagogy, conceived by Saviani and collectively developed by researchers. We highlight the contradictions inherent in the capitalist system and their reflections in language, genres, and educational processes. We advocate for a comprehensive approach to utterances, considering their historicity as well as the specificities of the genre under study, going beyond personal preferences and spontaneous formulas in the development of teaching practices. Finally, we briefly analyze the song "Pavio do destino," addressing the reflections of the social contradictions it brings to light.
                                            [1] => Trata-se de uma abordagem concernente a práticas pedagógicas com o gênero canção. Como base teórico-metodológica, no plano linguístico, amparamo-nos, nas concepções de língua, linguagem e gênero do discurso conforme aquelas desenvolvidas pelo círculo de Bakhtin; no campo educacional, recorremos a teoria crítica da educação, a saber, a Pedagogia Histórico-Crítica, idealizada por Saviani e desenvolvida coletivamente por pesquisadores. Evidenciamos as contradições inerentes ao sistema capitalista e seus reflexos na língua, nos gêneros e nos processos educacionais. Defendemos a abordagem ampla dos enunciados, observando sua historicidade assim como as particularidades do gênero em estudo, indo além do gosto pessoal e das fórmulas espontaneístas no desenvolvimento das práticas de ensino. Por fim, analisamos brevemente a canção “Pavio do destino”, abordando os reflexos das contradições sociais por ela evidenciadas.
