                    [0] => The theoretical-methodological assumptions of the semi-archives, their nature and conceptualization are discussed. There is, in the conceptual reality of the archives, a noticeable absence of literature and the scarcity of research that deals with the subject matter of the semi-active documents and their instrumentalization for the management of documents. It’s noted that the documentary treatment in the semi-archives is necessary so that there is a complete documentary management aiming at the dissemination of information, avoiding the collection of documents without historical value and wrong elimination. We believe that because it is a little explored topic, this theoretical survey can contribute to the expansion and consolidation of future research. For the purposes of this work, a meta-theoretical study was carried out, providing an understanding and reflection on the theoretical practice of semi-archives, investigating the literature in Portuguese, Spanish and English, that in fact, investigate the reasons that cause the absence of semi-active archives in the practice of documentary management. A theoretical-methodological framework on the conceptual status of semi-archives in the archival literature are constructed through the metatheory and the proposed objectives.@en
                    [1] => Aborda-se os pressupostos teórico-metodológicos dos arquivos semiativos, sua natureza e conceituação. Existe, na realidade conceitual da arquivística, uma perceptível ausência de literatura e a escassez de pesquisas que tratem da temática discorrendo a respeito dos documentos semiativos e sua instrumentalização para a gestão de documentos. Haja vista, que o tratamento documental nos arquivos semiativos faz-se necessário para que haja uma gestão documental completa, visando à disseminação da informação, evitando o recolhimento de documentos sem valor histórico e eliminação equivocada. Acredita-se que por ser uma temática pouco explorada, esse levantamento teórico pode vir a contribuir para a expansão e consolidação de pesquisas futuras.Para os objetivos deste trabalho, optou-se por realizar um estudo metateórico, proporcionando uma compreensão e reflexão sobre a prática teórica dos arquivos semiativos, investigando a literatura em língua portuguesa, espanhola e inglesa, que de fato, investiguem os motivos que ocasionam a ausência dos arquivos semiativos na prática da gestão documental. Constrói-se por meio da metateoria e dos objetivos propostos um quadro teórico-metodológico sobre o status conceitual dos arquivos semiativos na literatura arquivística.@pt
