                    [1] => A gestão documental no setor saúde necessita mais que nunca avançar em passos largos para atender à demanda de produção de documentos em suporte papel, necessária para o andamento das atividades técnico-administrativas do estado. A arquivística trata especificamente de conceitos, sistemas, métodos e técnicas que concretizam os objetivos da Arquivologia: organizar e dar acesso aos conteúdos dos documentos. Mesmo com tanta tecnologia os sistemas de informações em saúde necessitam do tratamento arquivístico da informação para que os documentos em suporte papel também recebam o tratamento adequado às necessidades específicas de cada sistema de informação. Utilizam-se as metodologias de observação experimentação para o Relato de Experiência da Reestruturação do Arquivo Setorial do Componente Especializado da Assistência Farmacêutica – CEAF. O objetivo é demonstrar os benefícios das práticas arquivísticas quando o fluxo documental é submetido ao tratamento da informação. É possível o estabelecimento do fluxo de gestão documental na SES a partir dos trabalhos juntos aos Arquivos Setoriais. Neste caso, refere-se ao setor Farmácia da 20ª Gerência Regional de Saúde.@pt
