The system of the National School of Public Health Sergio Arouca – ENSP/Fiocruz was used as a study of case. Developed with a qualitative approach, using documentary survey, this article presents results in the identification of 11 topics to evaluate the set of procedures and technical operations for the production, processing, use, review and filing of a document.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo apresenta os resultados do estudo de caso que teve como objetivo identificar quais os tópicos necessários para avaliar a implantação de sistemas de gestão de documentos e arquivos. Foi utilizado como estudo de caso o sistema da Escola Nacional de Saúde Pública Sergio Arouca –ENSP/Fiocruz. Desenvolvido com uma abordagem qualitativa, utilizando levantamento documental, este artigo apresenta como resultado a identificação de onze tópicos para avaliar o conjunto de procedimentos e operações técnicas referentes à produção, tramitação, ao uso, à avaliação e ao arquivamento de um documento.@pt
