                    [0] => This paper verify how the document evaluation happens at the Federal Universities in Brazil, considering the importance of this process for the document management in the university archives. Select institutions through the list of e-MEC. The research is characterized as qualitative and quantitative, descriptive and exploratory. The instrument of data collection was a questionnaire with 13 questions. The results showed the procedures and instruments used in the document evaluation in the archives of federal universities and their adaptation to the brazilian archival legislation. Concludes that The majority of  universities who participated in the survey have document management and Table of Temporality, but does not mean they are performing the evaluation in accordance with standards and guidelines CONARQ and SIGA.@en
                    [1] => Verifica como é realizada a avaliação de documentos nas Universidades Federais Brasileiras, considerando a importância deste processo para a gestão dos documentos nos arquivísticos universitários. Seleciona as instituições por meio da lista do e-MEC. A pesquisa caracteriza-se como quali-quantitativa, descritiva e exploratória. O instrumento da coleta de dados utilizado foi o questionário, com 13 questões. Os resultados permitiram identificar os procedimentos e instrumentos utilizados na avaliação de documentos nos arquivos das universidades federais e sua adequação à legislação arquivística brasileira. Conclui que a maioria das universidades que fizeram parte da pesquisa possuem gestão de documentos e tabela de temporalidade, porém não significa que estejam realizando a avaliação em conformidade com as normas e diretrizes do CONARQ e SIGA.@pt
