                                            [0] => The present work shares a satisfactory experience applying gamification in the training of library staff, based on the use of a playful, fun, and enjoyable tool such as a rally, was sought to reinforce the knowledge related to the process of ordering and shelving library materials.The activity was carried out at the facilities of the UNAM Central Library with personnel attached to this entity in the context of strengthening post-pandemic job skills. The applied methodology is explained in detail to be replicable in other libraries. Finally, the results allow us to highlight the usefulness of the game in the training of library staff.
                                            [1] => El presente trabajo comparte una satisfactoria experiencia aplicando la gamificación –o ludificación– en el entrenamiento del personal bibliotecario, donde a partir del uso de una actividad lúdica, divertida y amena como es un rally se buscó reforzar los conocimientos relacionados con el proceso de ordenación y acomodo de materiales en estantería.La actividad se desarrolló en las instalaciones de la Biblioteca Central de la UNAM con personal adscrito a esta entidad en el contexto del fortalecimiento de habilidades laborales pospandemia. Se detalla la metodología aplicada con el objetivo de ser replicable en otras dependencias, mientras que los resultados permiten resaltar la utilidad del juego en el entrenamiento del personal bibliotecario.
