However, due to the large production of information in the world, the information produced about technological innovations must be protected by the laws that govern the registration of Intellectual Property, as well as made available to the entire scientific and en- trepreneurial society. Information Science must embrace the Intellectual Property System in its theoretical, methodological and pragmatic foundations in the expectation of social development in the world’s economic development process, as well as the continued improvement of the new skills of the professional librarian. In this way, this study verified through online research of scien- tific works relevant to the proposed theme that Information Science is responsible for investigat- ing the behavior of informational production for the processing and dissemination of documental information contained in physical and digital databases around the world. contemporary.@en
                    [1] => A ciência, tecnologia e inovação são recursos de fomentação que devem estar agregadas e rela- cionadas, no atual cenário competitivo do novo mundo mercadológico, para uma nação assegurar um futuro econômico sustentável. Contudo, devido à grande produção de informação no mundo, as informações produzidas sobre as inovações tecnológicas devem estar protegidas pelas leis que regem o registro de Propriedade Intelectual, tão qual disponibilizadas a toda a sociedade cientifica e empreendedora. A Ciência da Informação (C.I.) deve acolher em seus fundamentos teóricos, me- todológicos e pragmáticos o Sistema de Propriedade Intelectual na expectativa do desenvolvimen- to social no processo de desenvolvimento econômico do mundo, como também, a continuidade do aperfeiçoamento das novas competências do profissional bibliotecário. Desta maneira, este estudo averiguou através de pesquisa online de trabalhos científicos pertinente ao tema proposto que está na C.I. a responsabilidade da investigação do comportamento da produção informacio- nal para o armazenamento e disseminação das informações documentais contidas em bancos de dados físicos e digitais do mundo contemporâneo.@pt
