                                            [0] => The pandemic demanded from health institutions an effective response in the fight against the virus, marked by the lack of knowledge about therapeutics and best practices, ways of contagious and resistance of the virus. The priority was placed on the care of COVID-19 patients, with limitation of regular activity, investing in contingency plans and clean and “dirty” circuits for in-person care, as well as in virtual care strategies. This paper explores the role of the Archive Service in the context of the pandemic, reflecting on how the dematerialization of information management processes contributes to a greater capacity for response by institutions, presenting the development of the SJUHC Digital Clinical Repository.
                                            [1] => A pandemia exigiu das instituições de saúde uma resposta efetiva no combate ao vírus, marcada pelo desconhecimento quanto a terapêuticas e melhores práticas, formas de contágio e resistência do vírus. A prioridade foi colocada no atendimento a doentes COVID-19, com limitação da atividade regular, investindo em planos de contingência e de circuitos limpos e “sujos”, bem como na prestação de cuidados não presenciais. O presente trabalho explora o papel do Serviço de Arquivo no contexto da pandemia, refletindo sobre a forma como a desmaterialização dos processos de gestão da informação contribui para uma maior capacidade de resposta por parte das instituições, apresentando o desenvolvimento do Repositório Clínico Digital do Centro Hospitalar Universitário de São João.
