                                            [0] => The present work brings a brief discussion about the health of people with disabilities in the context of Coronavírus. Considering the lack of studies in the literature that deal with this theme, we will approach the theoretical, conceptual and legislation aspects demanded by the mentioned discussion. The aim of this paper is to discuss the health care of people with disabilities during the coronavirus pandemic, based on the guarantee of health rights, established in the 1988 Federal Constitution and reaffirmed by the Brazilian Inclusion Law. In this sense, we conducted a bibliographic study followed by a reflectiveanalysis.
                                            [1] => O presente trabalho traz uma breve discussão sobre a saúde da pessoa com deficiência no contexto do Coronavírus. Considerando a carência de estudos na literatura que tratem desta temática, abordaremos sobre os aspectos teóricos, conceituais e de legislações demandadas pela referida discussão. O objetivo deste trabalho é fazer uma discussão sobre o cuidado à saúde das pessoas com deficiência durante a pandemia do Coronavírus, a partir da garantia de direitos à saúde, estabelecidos na Constituição Federal de 1988 e reafirmados pela Lei Brasileira de Inclusão. Neste sentido, realizamos um estudo bibliográfico seguido de uma análise reflexiva.
