                                            [0] => Considering the world panorama, the aim of this research was to investigate the sources of health information used by university students and their possible association with knowledge about HIV/AIDS’s transmission. Methods: The sample consisted of 413 students who answered a questionnaire. Ten issues regarding the transmission of HIV / AIDS and its sources of health information were analyzed. Results: Most university students use the internet to obtain information about health. More than 90% of students answered seven to ten questions correctly about the HIV/AIDS ́s transmission. There was a good Knowledge about the ways of HIV/AIDS ́s transmission. 
                                            [1] => Considerando o panorama mundial, esta pesquisa buscou investigar as fontes de informação em saúde utilizadas por universitários e sua possível associação com o conhecimento sobre as formas detransmissão do HIV/AIDS. Métodos: A amostra foi composta por 413 estudantes que responderam a um questionário. Foram analisadas dez questões referentes à transmissão do HIV/AIDS e às suas fontes de informação sobre saúde. Resultados: A maioria dos universitários utiliza a internet para obter informações. Mais de 90% dos estudantes acertaram entre sete e dez perguntas a respeito da transmissão do HIV/AIDS. Houve um bom conhecimento sobre as formas de transmissão do HIV/AIDS.
