                    [0] => This article aims to present interactions between the areas of museology and librarianship, proposing to draw dialogues between the museological documentation of administrative practices and the documentation that makes up the administrative area of ​​the library. It is intended, primarily, to bring conceptual contributions on the area of ​​documentation and its development, and, in a sequential manner, to present the administrative documentation of the museum, as well as the administrative documentation of the library defined in the collections development policy(CDP), in a way emphatic to the documents that sign the acquisition of collection in both units of information, seeking to present the aspects that contribute to the treatment of these documents, highlighting the performance of standardization. The methodology used in this research is of a qualitative, documentary, descriptive and exploratory approach. as obtained results, it is highlighted that the documentation destined to terms of acquisition - or documentation of the administrative practices, as they can also be called -, defined by means of the collection management policy and the CDP, contributes so much to the domain, on the part of the professionals who work in the information units, their collections (both museological and bibliographic), as well as for the functionality of the acquisition procedures, being extremely necessary tools that attribute to greater security in acquisition actions. Thus, as a conclusion this article assumes that the adoption of standardization of administrative documents both in museums and in libraries should be a basic procedure that helps in understanding the document in question and also in the information retrieval of it.@en
                    [1] => Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar interações entre as áreas da museologia e, biblioteconomia, propondo-se a traçar diálogos entre a documentação museológica das práticas administrativas e a documentação que compõe a área administrativa da biblioteca. Pretende-se com ele, primordialmente, trazer contribuições conceituais sobre a área da documentação e seu desenvolvimento, e, de maneira sequencial apresentar as documentações administrativas do museu, assim como a documentação administrativa da biblioteca definidas na política de desenvolvimento de coleções (PDC), de maneira enfática aos documentos que firmam a aquisição de acervo em ambas as unidades de informação, buscando apresentar os aspectos que contribuem no tratamento destes documentos, destacando a atuação da padronização. A metodologia utilizada nessa pesquisa é de abordagem qualitativa, documental, descritiva e exploratória. Como resultados obtidos, destaca-se que a documentação destinada a termos de aquisição - ou documentação das práticas administrativas, como podem também ser denominadas -, definidas por meio da política de gestão de acervo e do PDC, contribui tanto para o domínio, por parte dos profissionais que atuam nas unidades de informação, de seus acervos (tanto museológicos quanto bibliográficos), quanto para a funcionalidade dos procedimentos de aquisição, sendo ferramentas extremamente necessárias que atribuempara maior segurança em ações de aquisições. Assim, como conclusão o presente artigo pressupõe que a adoção de padronização dos documentos administrativos tanto em museus, quanto em bibliotecas deve ser um procedimento basilar que auxilia no entendimento do documento em questão e também na recuperação informacional do mesmo.@pt
